TROUBLE CANCELING CONTRACT

I've been trying to cancel my contract with Zone Fitness for the past month. I end up calling them to find out how much needs to be paid in order for me to cancel. Every time I call in I end up speaking to different people and each one has something different to say. I'm always in arrears and even tho they have deducted double last month. I just cant seem to get out of my arrears as per the gym. One moment they say I dont owe anything and the next time they say I owe R165.00, debits are going off and it just seems that I cant get out of the arrears. WTH is happening. My contract ends in 7days time, but as per the personnel working there I still owe R165.00 and Saturday a debit of R185.00 was deducted.. so please explain whats happening
