Tokai branch management nasty

I had such high hopes for the new Tokai branch, what a let down on so many levels. The management has a stinky attitude of what they decide goes, never mind the complaints or suggestions given. I don't even want to go on about the booking of classes...that is the worst! Will definitely not recommend any of my family and friends to sign up with that specific branch
