Threatening Legal Action Out Of The Blue

I would like proof of all communication with myself and zone fitness between 2013 and 2015. All of a sudden 2 years after I left the gym due to relocation I get an sms saying that my account has been ceded to Norman Bisset and Associates. <br> Where the hell does Zone Fitness get off sending me an sms out of the blue threatening legal action for R5364, 03. Where does this ridiculous amount even come from? The second last conversation I had with someone from Zone Fitness was in 2013 which was regarding my relocation - that was it. I don't know if Zone Fitness is cash strapped all of a sudden claiming I owe money. And how pathetic sending a TEXT MESSAGE after two years claiming legal action. I don't have the time in my day to be dealing with this ****. I also take this very seriously as it is threatening to compromise my credit record. There is a process and I don't know what kind of mickey mouse business you run but this is not it. The last communication was a year ago when I received a call from a Sales lady saying that she see's I used to have contract with Zone Fitness and that the gym is now co-ed - wouldn't I reconsider joining? I need this sorted ASAP!
