This gym has no consideration for their clients!!!

I signed up at Zone Fitness a couple of years ago and while using the facility I injured myself. When this happened not one trainer or staff member assisted me. I had to stop going to gym as injured my hip and could not walk for a month resulting in me not being able to run for an entire year.<br> During this time, I still paid my monthly installment until I had to change bank accounts not realising that I still had a few months left in my contract. They contact me about this 2 years later after the interest on the account has already exploded through the roof! Then they send emails to contact [Email Removed] screaming at me in CAPS that I need to pay them!!!<br> Please check your staff and outsourced contractors! I will not be spoken to this way!! I will take this matter further!!! I am sure you record you calls. I have mentioned my injury!! Employ proper trainers!!! If you look at your scans you will see that I have not used the gym!!! Sort this out now!!
