There sales people need to explain right to the customers not just try to make a commission

They r bad a sales lady from there promenade branch assisted me to a 6 month contract,she did not tell me it will b a on going account nd I need to cancel the account after 6 months so they debit the 7 month after that I reversed my money nd they did the same thing the next month I foned in nd a lady told me I need to fone in a go in and canceled so I told her but I didn't no can't she don't it over the fone as I way not able to go but she said no so I emailed them nd we eventually canceled the account now ther say I must pay R970 nd I refused to pay cz I didn't use the gym they fone me now nd say I'm handed over spoke to my next in line if they don't get hold of me I need to pay R1200 nd I'm still gona refuse cz there sales person did not explain doing het job to me as a new customer so please assist
