The worst response time

I am not happy with Zone fitness response time, I requested cancellation at the end of August 2020 but up to date I haven't had a call from them to confirm the cancellation. I am a gym member at the Lenasia branch I called them directly but n one answers their calls. I even logged a request on the website and got a reply that someone will contact me. no on did yet after two weeks, My Name is Anthony Stevens ID *** and contact number ***.... I really want to cancel effective from 30.09.2020 thereafter no debit should run.
