The Nonsense that is Zone Fitness

There are so many dubious things about zonefitness i dont even know where to begin. 1. They took our debit orders during a time they knew no one would be going to the gym, in return theyll be upgrading some members. This upgrade is vague, like for the rest of the contract period or just during the pandemic making it a hollow gift. Even then, where do they get off thinking they can unilaterally amend the terms of a contract. NONSENCE. The law in this situation is that where one party can no longer perform, performance of the other party is suspended until the impossibility lapses. (FORCE MAJUERE better known as Vis Major) 2. You cant even cancel the contract because they dont say where to send the cancellation notice to, not to mention that the cancellation notice has no effect if the cancellation fee doesn't accompany it. 3. This nonsense of asking people to support you doesn't make sence. People are losing jobs and unable to provide for their families, and here you are crudly demanding the support of your business. It isn't what other gyms are doing, and even if it is, i contracted with you, not the other gyms. If i get no response to either this or my emails, i will make it my lifes mission to stick the national consumer commission on you, and later, hope to god there are good grounds to have you discpicable ********* liquidated. Hell hath no fury like a group of angry ex-gym goers scorn.
