The gym equipments such as roving machine, treadmill are very old and always broken. The floor in aerobic class is a wooden floor and they’re apart and need to be fixed. The air conditioners are not working. I he carpets in the gym are also old and require some renovation. This causes a constant bad smell when enter from the outside. They charge levy twice in a year for maintenance but none of this is fixed. They’re negligent and not consistent with their financial system, sometimes they with withdraw money from a bank account as provided to them and sometimes they don’t. After taking initiative of paying them, they charge you interest. I have been experiencing this since I joined this gym since August 2023. I have stopped going there in October 2024 because I was constantly feeling sick. There’s no sufficient equipments such as dumb bells, steps, yoga mats, and the ones that are available are all old and broken.
