Terrible service with zone fitness

My contractual 24 month membership expired 1 Nov 2020.

A while ago I telephonically spoke to a sales manager at another branch (don't remember his name) & he suggested I send an email as I could not get hold of someone at Bellville.

Apparently the gym contracts were extended by an additional 6 months due to covid/lockdown which then brought the 24 month contract to April 2021.Note, that contractually my contract has run for 24 months and Zone Fitness had no right to extend it. Yet they still deducted end December.

23 December I got a response on email from leigh-Shay peterson requesting my cancellation letter.. up until now there is still no word from zone fitness yet they taking money that was not agreed upon
