TERRIBLE SERVICE AS USUAL

3 years ago i had paid up my gym contract only to find out that a member of the gym stole the money causing me a lot of problems with the bank as the gym was debiting money from the account. The bank charges were increasing and placing me in arrears. This matter took forever to get sorted and when it did all they offered me was a year free contract which to me was not enough. I agreed to it and the Manager Zubeida, who is a hopeless manager assured me i will remain an old member of the gym and the following year i will still pay the same price i was initially paying R185 and no joining fee would have to be paid, after all the fault was with the gym. This promise was also given by Leeroy another hopeless employee of the gym. Now that the free year is over i was told to sign up again as a new member and pay a joining fee again and the fee i have to pay is R200. Im fed up of this **** of being promised something only to be **** to. This gym catches up to alot of **** and *****s from people. They must sort out my contract according to their promises.
