Terrible service

It is yet again Trade route mall showing off how bad their service is their culture! I think even your complaints adjudicator Michelle is tired and cannot even be effective with the antics of their service. My latest is that the Manager cannot even deliver. I mean come on guys you have so much potential why not look more closely at this club & recruit people who actually work?? All we need is a form for a debit order or are you guys trying to get free money by claiming unpaid fees- how contradictory when we have been paying cash for so long now?? Gosh i don't know what to say anymore. Can someone send me the form- i am paying two accounts- any kudos for loyalty here? Michelle don't contact me if you can't help. Seriously what a circus is going on here. Seems like you guys enjoy giving your members a run for their money, in the most negative sense. So many issues in one year? Up your game, it's about time. I've had enough now - try stopping me on social media now. You guys are useless.
