Terrible Customer Service

I honestly regret joining this gym. I haven't been able to hit the gym in months because I injured my shoulder and was recommended not to put too much strain on it. I tried canceling my membership due to my current condition but man these people are dragging their feet and we have been going back and forth. It's crazy to me how these very same people who are always begging and harassing us to join but when we need their cooperation It's a long story. Another thing is they don't fully explain how their policy works when you sign the contract all they do is tell you where to sign and fill in which I did so blindly because I trusted them because of how friendly they were. And the fees they charge in order to terminate the contract! Vultures!! Would definitely not recommend this to anyone.
