Terrible

I wish I read the reviews before signing a contract with them , they don't explain clearly regards to adding a member to your contract. I spoke to a sale consultant before signing and I asked if I add this member can I take them off the contract when ever I like and I won't pay a cancellation fee they informed me yes you can take them off.When I went to go do so I was told by another consultant that I need to pay a cancellation fee for the added member I informed them what happened, they did nothing about it I couldn't upgrade my contract nothing now I am stuck. They don't even provide easier methods of paying the contract I mean virgin active has an app to make payments on and they don't even charge for late payments if its late by a few days but NO Zone fitness only offers over the counter payments if its late and you need to pay R60 extra. Its ridiculous now I understand why alot of members fail to make payments its not made easier for them at all
