TERRIBLE!!

TERRIBLE service!

Two years ago I signed a gym membership (moved 45 min away from the area) stopped using the membership (2 months after receiving it) ... Not their problem I get it! - was happy to pay for the 2 years as I have signed the contract. 2 years later I get billed INSANE amounts and they refuse to cancel my account unless paid in FULL (which trying to make payment arrangements is like talking to a wall) needless to say i was apparently handed over now for R700 and something after sending them emails to ask for payment arrangement - and to for the love of all that is good CANCEL my membership!

I would rather stay out of shape than gym at such a terrible place! Thank you for nothing ZONE FITNESS - NEVER will i recommend you to any of my friends / family
