Termination of Membership

Afternoon

I want to cancel my membership with immediate effect, I have been to the Lenasia branch on several occasions but no one could assist with my cancellation. My 2 year period is up and want the contract terminated, I was advised I can only do so if I come in. I no longer live in the area and have not utilized the facilities in more than 18 months. This is truly unacceptable and frustrating.
