Super efficient service when cancelling a contract

My two year contract at Zone Fitness will be coming to an end soon, and I had visions of the process to cancel the contract being a nightmare. I was hugely surprised by how easy and effortless the process was, and how helpful the Zone Fitness staff member who assisted me was. Mitchel Kamphinga at the Zone Fitness in Fish Hoek took my initial call and explained that I needed to submit the request in writing - but only after finding my details on their system, and thereby having all the relevant info on hand to give me the exact contract end dates. I sent the required letter by email this morning, and within an hour received a response from Mitchell advising me the cancellation was in place, the exact date of the last debit order, and a screen shot of my profile on their system to show the cancellation was loaded.
