Such an unprofessionalism at Zone Fitness Bruma

I have never dealt with people so unprofessional in my life. I signed up in Zone Fitness in Bruma. When I went to gym I realised it's a ****py gym. Most facilities advertised were not working, the water was cold, steam room not working, we couldn't have an aerobics class because the music system was not working. i decided there and there that was not the kind of gym I wanted to be stuck with. Luckily I was still within the 5 days cool off period so I cancelled. i dealt with some guy called Flex, i have never dealt with such unprofessional unreliable person in my life. Everytime we would set up an appointment for my refunds and to confirm the cancellation he was not there. Like I went there everyday for a whole week when I finally found him. They did not have the money so he promised that he would call me on Monday to give me my refund. Monday came, no call from him, no money. I am so irritated, I am writing this review so that other consumers do not make the same mistake I have made and associate themselves with such a gym. One thing that would make me creazy even more is if they debit me on the first, I will freak out.
