I lost my husband last year who signed me up with zone Fitness. I has to give up my job to take care of him. I never once skipped a payment to try n honor my commitment. Then I had a health scare which left me further unemployed. I hav not used the gym since hubby passed. Not once did anyone from zone ph to say thank u for paying but why r u not using the gym. Last month I skipped a payment bcos I cudnt manage. I spoke to Sasha. I assured there will b money for debit thus month n I wil try n pay of arrears. Every 2 days they messed in my account n I hav to pay returned debits. They also deduct a week before the 1st. Now my other debits is also returned becos they feel they have the right. U r ****** n a bunch of cold hearted people preying on people. I brought them so much clients n no customer service. I will discourGe everyone not to use ur facility.
