Still no service

<p>It is now pass 10 on Monday morning, still no email from Rowdene, when trying to call the Kraaifontein branch the phone is on voicemail.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called the Willowbridge branch, the girl that answered the phone made me tell her the entire story before telling me she cant help me. I will need to speak to Rowdene, I then told her I have tried emailing her but she doesn't respond and the contact number is on voicemail. She tried putting me through to the ops manager and the phone just rang.</p> <p> </p> <p>ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE!!!! you quick to take peoples money but when you need to refund them then you absolutely useless!</p>
