Stay away from this Gym who threatens their customers when they are in the wrong

I joined this gym in August of 2019 and according to my 24 month contract, it should be ending now 2021 August. Zone fitness insists in extending my contract without my permission because of lockdown when the gym was closed but I've paid for those months!! **********, now I am forced to report them to the ombudsman because they ignore my emails. They also tell me that they will hand me over if I reverse their debit orders when they actually have no leg to stand on here.. Pathetic
