So Disappointed

I recently became a member of Zone Fitness on Kloof. Among the list of things I was promised was clean facilities, knowledgeable staff,fitness test and classes. <br> <br> Let's start with overall cleanliness. I have never seen a machine whipped or cleaned in the past 2 months. On Friday I saw a paper straw wrapper in the shower...no biggie except it's now Tuesday and IT'S STILL THERE! The showers over flow and smell. Staff washes air pits in the sink....I could go on and on.<br> <br> The 1 stair master hasn't worked for over a week and 3 other machines are dinosaurs and broken. <br> <br> Classes are nonexistent...unless you're preggie. I'm not.<br> <br> I've lodged 3 complaints and have not heard back. Further more I was stood up for my orientation on day 1...at 6 am! ( I drove 30 minutes to be there).<br> <br> The music is similar to that found in an elevator. I really could go on and on. Save your 300 bucks. Once you sign up they couldn't care less a out you. Oh... and hours suck.<br>
