So called arreas

My husband and I signed up with Zone Fitness a little while ago. We were told you can put your membership on hold for up to 6 months, they're aware most moslem people would put their memberships on hold for the month of Ramadan. We went into the gym before the 20 April 2***(as instructed to do) to advise we're freezing our memberships for the ****hbof June(Ramadaan). We thought its sorted thereafter, however we were still debited for one membership, not thinking anything of it my husband went into Zone Fitness to let them know, THEY reversed the debit and said to all is sorted now and the next deduction will be the end of May for June. He took their word for it as they're SUPPOSE to know what they're doing. May came and no deduction, we went into the gym on the 6 June to query this matter. The receptionist was very unhelpful, saying we're in arreas because we reversed the payment. We told we didn't reverse it they did. But she just wouldn't listen. She checked the computer and repeatedly said we're in arreas and therefore we won't have access to the facilities. And we repeatedly explained what happened. She went into a room where admin sits and came back just to say they can't see us as they're busy. I expressed my unhappiness and she took our number because they gonna phone us. Surprise surprise no call yet. I'm utterly disgusted by this. I regret ever joining this joke of a gym and can sure as hell guarantee this mem6will be canceled,!!!!
