Sickening and disgusting behavior at Zone Fitness (Pretoria CBD) branch

I was made to join the gym simply because I explained that I had issues with relocation and a fees that i need to pay when I moved places this guy then told me that with the membership that I will be getting I will be able to gym at any gym with no cost. So I decided to use the gym near where I work which is the Zone Fitness at Campus Square upon arrival I scanned my membership card but couldn't get access so the lady at the front desk asked me when I joined I told her its been a week now then she said I should give her my details because if I joined the gym it has to automatically open when I scan the card so I told her that I actually joined from the branch in Pretoria so she said that's why it didn't allow me through I needed to pay 150 for relocation and I explained to her that the guy that signed me up said I could go to any Zone Fitness then she said no only members with black cards can do so. So I approached the guy in Pretoria and told her about the issue so now I call the gym because he said he will sort me out on Monday but I'm getting rude answers from the ladies at reception its like they protecting him or hiding him away this is just S!@#$% service they are forgetting that with out us they are nothing management needs to sort out their staff and get them name tags because even when you are at the place physically they give you attitude as if the doing you a favour .
