Sick of Zone fitness

Zone fitness is the worst gym ever. I cancelled my membership because I lost my job so my mother inlaw who lives with me said since she has a membership and is not using it but is paying is paying still. I might aswell use it till im on my feet again... the 1st day I went and used the the gym the second day I was not allowed in and was told of some new thing they put in place... and I can no longer use a membership that is being paid for... this gym is absolutely stupid... they dont even know who there own clients are either... I used to get calls when I was a member...asking me to join
