Sick by Customer Service

<p>I joined Zone Fitness Gym last month and the person who was assisting me his name is Charles. Prior to me Joining He told me for 6months I will be paying 225 per month because I am a student but to my surprise they have been deducting 275 and when I spoke to Charles he said he has spoken to lady who is responsible for accounts and She will give me a call, I got this excuse so many time and the second month the still deducted 275 and then I went to the gym and the accounts lady was luckily there and she told me she will send head office an email and propose that they deal with my issue and till this day she has not communicated a way forward . I am so disgusted with their customer service and how they are not even trying to help me. </p>
