SHOWERS BLOCKED

It has been three weeks now experiencing blocked showers in the gym. the entire bathroom gets flooded with used water and no one cares to fix it. the entire building is leaking as well. I had requested to cancel my membership due to the hazardous and unhealthy environment but no response. I am very disappointed by this service this service which includes lack of accountability by management.
