SHOULD NEVER HAVE CHANGED GYMS

I had opened a new bank account. Approached Zone the next day after opening my account. Informed them that my details have changed. Was asked to jot down the new details on a small piece of paper so that the details could be loaded. TWO months later, I get a sms to saymy acc was in arrears. I called the gym and gave my member number. I was told by a lady at front desk that my account was FINE AND BALANCE SHOWED ZERO. I left it at that. A month later I get a sms again. Went to Brackenfell branch bcoz it's closer to home. My details were taken again. I was supposed to have been called back. I ended up doing the calling again. So it went on for months after I decided to pay my installments that was in arrears for the firat three months. The interest I felt was not my liability because I did my part and called more than 20 times and was promised the interest would be written off. Now I have to go into the gym every month to pay over counter as my debits fail to go off. I asked the lady at Parow, Zady Thnk her name is, to call back once acc is sorted bcoz Im paying every month but can't go to gym because if the amount hanging on my acc.
