Shocking - **** to me when I signed u

<p>I signed up with Zone Fitness Lifestyle Cape Town at the start of 2016. When I signed up I sat with the Manager and told him the only reason I wanted to sign up was to use the classes that he told me they had, fitness classes, yoga etc and not the gym. I went to that gym for 2 weeks, got their first thing in the morning to attend the classes. Not once was their a class. Their excuse was that there were not enough people to attend so they would not run the classes. I asked to cancel. I spoke to head office and explained and told them I refuse to pay as I signed up under false promises. I have now been called months later by a credit company saying I have been handed over and owe R2000 and if I don't pay I will be blacklisted. How dare they do that. I will take Zone Fitness to court. My husband is an advocate and my family is full of lawyers. I want this sorted out ASAP and put in writing that the handover to the credit company has been cancelled. I have called headoffice again today and have been told that Cindy will call me back to discuss. Lets see if this even happens as it won't be the first time that they have not called me back. </p>
