She could have handled the call better

I contacted Tasneem with regards to my membership being in arrears, and she was not very kind or friendly over the phone. When I brought this to her attention she put the phone down in my ear whilst I was speaking to her. If this is the kind of treatment that members receives from your staff then I will definitely not recommend any clientele to Zone Fitness. Wow, she is so arrogant and condescending. <br> I am trying to make sure that the membership is paid, and enquiring about charges and then she just jumps down my throat! How many other patrons had to go through this type of abuse from her? Yes she is making sure that the clubs interests are being looked after, but there is no reason to be rude about it. If she is getting some kind of kickback from this, I suggest you seriously train her in client service and etiquette. <br>
