Shame on you Zone Fitness removing my post off of facebook.. TRUTH HURTS

My message to them details the issue:

I commented on your facebook page about the air conditioning that does not work at all the Willowbridge branch - I was told that I would get a response but instead the post was removed after my follow up response about the windows that are now open - Can a business like Zone Fitness not face the truth that this is a major issue? Or are they only going to response when someone passes out. There must be some sort of regulation that governs the allowed max temperature inside a gym - I would assume that this is almost the same as the basic conditions of employment act. My fees are paid monthly thus keeping up my side of the agreement - you are failing to uphold your side of the agreement as the air conditioning is permanently broken - I can understand that the windows have been opened as a temporary measure but after a week (noting that the air con hasn't worked optimally for 3 years!) this should be rectified, trying to training in a gym full of people with the windows wide open in the sweltering heat defeats the purpose of having a membership then I might as well train outside.

Further to this the equipment is in a shocking state, the mats need replacing, there are not enough weights and the list goes on. Are there not regional managers that inspect and manage these things? The comments about the same issues on Hello peter highlight the same concerns yet the issues is ignored and the member’s money is taken without and reciprocation from Zone Fitness at all.... Would you continue to pay for a service that was not being delivered?
