Several cold calls after requesting removal of details

Over the course of the last year I have received no less than 3 calls from this company trying to sell me a membership. Firstly, I would like to know how they received my details because I did not provide them. Secondly, each time they have called I have asked them to remove my details and to stop calling but it has continued.
