I was a member of Zone Fit was Cape Quarter for 2 YEARS, after two year period I called the gym and talked to a person who was in sales and told him after two years I wanted to cancel the contract.

Last week I’ve decided to join Zone on Kloof street, and the manager J**** sent me ALL PRICES and contract by email. I’ve sogned and paid the member fee and today she emailed me saying I couldn’t join because my acc was in arrears, because it auto renew itself. The agent told me it was cancel when actually it wasn’t, so basically J**** took my Kooning fee, do not want to refund and told me I can just use after I pay almost R1500!!! That’s just insane.

Saying that, she didn’t pay attention in her job, I told her I was once a member of Cape quarter, I’ve been reverting the debit orders because I told the attendant after two years I didn’t want it he said he took a note but I’m fact he ****med me. Now I might join a nice gym that isn’t ******** people. I have all screenshots for my talks to Jamie etc and I must make it public out there this **** machine.
