Back in 2016 I had signed up for a 2year gym membership with Zonefitness literally less than a week I had to go to mpumalanga permanently, so I went to their branch in Green Point Cape Town to enquire about branches in Mpumalanga I was told they have none and the best solution would be to cancel but I had to submit an affidavit confirming why I'm cancelling I did all 5his before I even left for Mpumalanga 2 years later they calling me to collect what's due to them mind you I didn't even use their services. I get the legal part of a contact but shouldn't your staff be honest with customers without thinking about a sale? Why should I pay for something I didn't use worse I thought I cancelled.
