Wish I could leave 0 stars. I have tried for months to cancel my subscription. There is a global pandemic, my family is high risk but they keep on billing me. I tried to cancel the service many times but they want to charge me more than the 10% fee that my contract states. I'm reading their reviews and see they do not even respond or try and sort out other customer issues. I'm so disappointed in this company.
