The manner in which your so called clients are adressed is just pathetic! I took out a membership in 2015, never received a membership card which obviously meant that i never even used the damn facilities. That is besides the point. i received a call today telling me i'd been handed over to some debt collecting company who's customer service is as pathetic as that of the Zone Fitness staff. how on earth can i owe over R5000 and only be contacted 2 years later because of non payment? who in their freaking right mind pays for a product/service that was never used? i dont even know what your freaking gym looks like from the inside, yet you expect me to pay over R5000?!!! please explain
