Safety and Transparency

I am very unhappy. My gym bag got ****** by the locker rooms last evening. I was just stepping into the bathroom to relieve myself and a minute later my bag is gone. The bag contained all my bank cards, house and gate keys, ID, cell phone and clothes. When I requested for footage, they advised that there aren't any cameras. Apparently, I am not the first one to experience this, as another guy reported to have lost his belongings a few days ago, when he tracked his phone, it was appearing at Kempton Park which is the same place my phone finder located mine at 9;30pm, even this morning the same location showed. I am now expected to pay for a new gym card when it got lost there!
