Rude wynberg cape town zone fitness manager

My phone was ****** at zone fitness wynberg cape town yesterday evening. I reported it at reception. they call the number it was still ringing. the girl who was helping me was telling me about other incidents of phones that were ****** and how she cried because of that. She asked me to feel an incident report and to call the next morning and speak to the manager.

I call and ask for the manager, the manager was very rude shouting at me. she told me she just came in and the evening staff is not there. I told her the girl answering the phone is aware she is the same one I spoke to. I also asked if there are cameras and she said no, following that I asked what are they doing about phones that go missing because this is not the first time. she told me they cannot search the customers and I rep**** that is not what I was asking. she dropped the phone on me.
