Rude salesman

Good day, I was approached by one of your sales personnel in N1 city mall. He asked me if I would like to join the gym and I respectfully told him no thank you. As I was walking away he called me a "ly gat". I found this highly offensive so I turned around and told him. He showed no regret or even attempted to appolgise. He was setup across Mr price sport. 29/3/19

This behaviour is totally unacceptable.
