Rude accountant

Wanted to cancel my contract, and the lady dealing with accounts at Wynberg zone fitness was very rude to me when I asked her how she worked out the outstanding amount that I need to pay, I told her that I don't mind paying but she must tell me how she worked it out.. She refused to work it out and told me to go read my contract, and gave me until the 20th of this month to settle the account as if I owe them... This company should be investigated how do they employ people who can't even give an explanation but shout at you instead, I had a right to know and I still have the right to know before I can pay so they can close the account/contract. And the next thing that is going to happen is that the bill is going to go up because I will not pay up until they work out how it got to that amount .. Anyone wanting to join this gym please do not waist your money,
