Requested Cancellation of membership

I sent an email on the 30th June 2020 to : *** , I was assisted by Jacqueline Mutikani , In my first email to her on the 23rd March I inquired as to when I cancel my membership and sh advised the following : " You can request to cancel in May before the 4th." I then sent the cancellation email on the 30th June 2020 and too date have not received any response. I am very upset for the facet that I am still being debited by you and would like this matter to be resolved ASAP and also get refunded for the unauthorised debit orders. My membership has served its full co**** and therefore any other debits is done without my consent.
