REFUND

On the 28/08/2015 Alex convinced me to take out a gym membership. After i thought about it i decided that i really can afford to join a gym now. So the Sunday 29/08/2015 i saw Alex that i want to cancel the application of the membership and want my refund for the card which is R100. Alex then advised me that he would do it on Monday and will contact me. Yesterday he phoned me 01/09/2015 saying he could not get hold of me to which i told him that my phone was whole day on. Today i phoned him to enquire to when i will get my refund. The receptionist transferred me to Alex to which he answered and then put the phone down. For some odd reason he is ignoring my call and i want my refund back. I was told i should get it back today 02/09/2015 and so far i received no feed back to come and collect my refund. I am now VERY UPSET on the response time of zone fitness and i wont ever think of joining zone fitness in future due to the lack of customer service i am getting.
