I joined ur group in December 2013 the lady who helped me Ws Nadine she came to my work I worked at KFC in grandwest I signed up wit hr she told me th contract was for one year I said ok customers started entering and I hare to help them and she went on filling in th contact I didn't hv tym 2 read it because I trusted her so in march I left KFC and then I phoned to make arrangements on how to pay then the lady I talked to told me my contact Ws Not for a year it was for to years I felt really disappointed but I thought it was on me I should not have trusted her so I did payments on my account then one day i received i SMS saying i owe them R10 because of the debt order so i payed i was very angry coz it felt that thy jst wanted more and more money so i made payments on my account than i went to make a payment for Feb the lady at th counter told me my contact was cancelled i asked her to double check she said i can't make a payment on a contract that was cancelled so i left wit the money a few days after that i got an SMS saying I'm one month behind i phoned to find out wt was going to happen Now thy insisted that i mast pay even though it was not my fault this is really unacceptable
