Promenade is THEE worst branch ever!!!

So disappointed in Zone Fitness Mitchells Plain AKA Promenade. The manager told me in writing that they cannot control water usage of individuals even after suggesting that they put a system where they control each user’s hot water usage by setting a timer on each shower. For over two months we have been showing with cold water and winter is approaching now and at first we were told they are “installing a new geyser” now it’s “high water usage”. They are very quick to debit our accounts though and when told of a situation we are slapped back with “I cannot control” Best Zone Fitness is the one at Rondebosch and I’ll definitely be transferring there moving forward.
