Prescription Act - If my name is NOT cleared I will take further action!!!

Dear Zone Fitness,

As a South African Citizen with the full right to apply my legal rights of the Prescription Act as you would know as an authorized service and credit provider that now being much more than 3 years of being harassed by Zone Fitness yet I do not acknowledge debt to be paid by me to your institution whatsoever. Please note Zone Fitness is currently in breach of 2 very serious Acts first one being the Prescription Act meaning you should clear my name immediately as I do not owe you anything second act would be thee Harassment Act 2011 section 4 and I would appreciate that this email is taken into account and that your department has my name cleared with immediate effect from the National credit Bureau, the attorneys and your systems.
