POOR SERVICE Zone Fitness

In June 2017 i joined Zone Fitness July i had problem with my knee i contacted the Gym spoke to the lady called Fadzai Rugube and the manger Mahommed to let them know i wont be able to Gym and would like to cancel my membership due to my medical condition . She told me she can only do that if i bring doctors note , so i gave them a Doctors note thats even showed them that doctor booked me for operation on November, but the information was still not enough for them they still refuse to cancel my membership they will rather freez it for six months. I told them few months after operation am relocating so thats why is importand for me to cancell it. But they says will let them know when its time to relocate. I send them email telling them that i am relocating due to my medical situating as i have mention to them but they still cannot understand that i cannot be in Johannesburg anymore to attend the Gym and risk my knee again. Can someone look into this matter and deal with it accordinly because now theyre telling me to pay cancellation fee of R2000 is this how theyre making money out of people?
