Poor service at Zone fitness

Ihad a gym contract with Zone fitness for the past two years my contract ended in July i called in to tell them to cancel my membership but guess what they didn't do so as in August me debit order went off i called in again to ask why was my money deducted as i have told them to stop the debit order i was told to come in and sign the cancellation form i told them to rather email me the form since i have relocated they agreed to do that but no one send me a form i called again to follow up mid August they still promise to send the for up until now. Then two days ago i receive an SMS saying my debit order will go off on the 31 August since the first is on a Saturday . these people are playing games with me i have told them so many time that i want to cancel the membership but it seems as in the are just enjoying to take my money i cant even explain the level of unprofessionalism the have at Zone fitness ST George mall in Cape Town i had to call the head office but still i am not getting any help.
