Poor service and unprofessional staff members

Where can we report this branch?

Can someone else who is more superior please contact me, I would really want to address our issues at that branch. The manager seems not to resolve our concerns and things are getting worse in that club. Yesterday the staff members were drinking in side the branch , the music was loud and they were doing all those funny dances in front of us.

We were being chased out even before the time.

This is not the first and the last time manager called me and he promised to sort things out but he never did.

The machines are broken, HAYBO I do understand that the gym is full of darkies but we deserve better service as other branches do!

I need someone else to contact me not the branch manager as he is just there and useless! This branch needs to be addressed!
