POOR SERVICE!

Worse service EVER! The staff at ZoneFitness Cobble Walk is useless (Anthea, Cindy, Done????) We struggle to change our membership for more than 3 months. We went there more than once to sign paperwork. Send emails...phone... We moved to Malmesbury where there is NO ZOneFitness. During Lockdown we were more than happy to pay our subscription to help the industry, they were MORE than happy to take our money.... Now that we need assistance from them regarding the changes. NEVER in my LIFE did I receive such POOR service!!! The service is SHOCKING!!! Spoke to 3 different ladies.... still no joy!
