poor service

The gym was opened later by an hour. All members were standing outside the manageress came to open at 8hrs instead of 7 no apology at all for this , she just opened as if she was early. When we confronted her she told us that was not her fault as she done us a favour by coming. Apart from that this gym is very filthy, everyone including cleaners they sit at reception then later someone will go through the papers on the wall signing them off. I am very concerned about this most equipment is not working for months now. We have been complaining and told to write our companies and nothing happens. Really guys at the end we are paying I regret signing contract with this gym.
