Poor service!!!

My contract was supposed to be cancelled. I have been sending emails since March and yet every month I receive an SMS stating that I am in arrears. I have paid the amount demanded to get my membership cancelled and here once again I receive yet another SMS that I am in arrears. The staff member I have been contacting since March is no help whatsoever. I am done paying for a service I DO NOT USE.
